Poor Boy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
1/2 c. cocoa (I put in a little extra)
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Mix ingredients together at one time.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
