Paul Lamping'S Best In The West Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground round or chuck
    1 or 2 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 large can whole tomatoes (squash them)
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    4 small cans tomato sauce
    1 can Brook's chili beans or Bush's chili hot beans
    1 whole bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. chili powder *
    salt to taste
    a little water (add if too thick)
Preparation
    *If you like it hot, add a lot.
    If you like it mild, don't get wild.
