Mrs. Bonewell'S Bread(Won "Best Of Show" Crawford County Fair 1992) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. salt
    5 c. very warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    about 5 lb. flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, salt and water.
    Add flour enough to beat into thick soupy mixture.
    Sprinkle in the yeast.
    Beat and add more flour.
    Let rest about 15 minutes, then add more flour.
    When thick enough to knead, keep adding flour a little at a time until dough is smooth and squeaks.
    The more you knead, the finer the texture of the bread.
