Chicken With Rosemary - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chicken breasts, boned and skinned
3 slices bacon, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. white wine
1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary or 1/2 Tbsp. dried rosemary
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Fry bacon until barely crisp; pour off fat and remove the bacon.
Brown breasts in oil and butter.
Add salt, garlic and pepper to pan when chicken is almost browned.
When browned, add rosemary and white wine to pan.
Add bacon; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix tomato paste with chicken broth; add to the pan. Cover; cook for about 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Serves 6 to 8.
