Light Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen spinach, chopped and thawed
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. skim milk
    Pepper and nutmeg to taste
    9 inch deep dish pie crust
Preparation
    Combine flour, eggs, and milk.\tPour over spinach and cheese in 9 inch deep dish pie crust.
    Sprinkle on pepper and nutmeg to taste.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
