Deviled Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (red)
1 tsp. vinegar
6 to 7 slices thick bacon, cut in thirds
Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
Preparation

Batter bacon and dip in bread crumbs; place on broiler pan flat and very close together (in rows).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Take out of oven and place in foil pan or freezer tight container on paper towels stacked sideways to fill container. Freezes well.
Reheat oven to 350\u00b0 and remove bacon from freezer; let thaw 30 minutes and then bake for 20 minutes and serve.
