Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella
    1/4 c. Parmesan
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Blend cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, sugar and parsley.
    Put sauce in bottom of pan.
    Fill shells.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 an hour.
