Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. red wine
    2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. minced green onions
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. bacon bits
    Chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and form into one large ball or 2 small balls.
    Roll in chopped nuts. Chill.
    Serve at room temperature. Good with all kinds of crackers.
