Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
2 c. rice
2 c. water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Fry sausage; drain.
Cook rice separately.
Put sausage back in frying pan.
Add onion, celery and green pepper; fry until done.
Add water, soups and rice; stir.
Bake in a casserole dish, covered, for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
The temperature should be 350\u00b0.
