Beef And Pepper Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak, cut in thin strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. converted rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
    2 green peppers, coarsely chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil in skillet.
    Stir in onions, rice, beef broth, one soup can of water and the soy sauce.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook over low heat until liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes.
    Stir in peppers and pimentos; heat thoroughly.
