Pecan Dainties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    salt
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white with salt until soft peaks form.
    Add brown sugar in 2 additions, beating lightly after each.
    Stir in nuts and drop 2-inches apart from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
