Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) Kraft sharp cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 pkg. hot sausage
    hot sauce, if desired
Preparation
    Grate cheese and blend with Bisquick and sausage.
    Roll in very small balls, the size of a dime.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 until brown.
