Black Butter Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 farm-raised catfish fillets
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans or sliced almonds
    1 whole lemon, sliced in half
Preparation
    Poach catfish fillets for 6 to 8 minutes in barely simmering water to which you have added a touch of white wine and two lemon slices.
    Carefully lift the fillets to a plate to drain.
