Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    10 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Cook butter, flour, milk and salt for 5 minutes.
    Add cheese. Stir until it melts.
    Fold in broccoli and onion.
    Fold in well-beaten egg yolks.
    Lightly fold in egg whites that are beaten fluffy.
    Set dish in pan of water.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
