Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 oz. red cake coloring
    1 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. plain flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Make a paste with cocoa and vinegar.
    Add butter mixture.
    Sift flour, salt and soda together.
    Add buttermilk and cake coloring.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes in 2 (9-inch) greased and floured cake pans.
