Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag Ore-Ida hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. sour cream
    12 oz. shredded Ricotta cheese
    1 small chopped onion
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes for a couple of hours.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
