Chocolate Cherry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
    Stir cherry pie filling, semi-sweet chocolate morsels and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 9-cup Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool completely.
    Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar, if desired.
