Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Add cooking oil and mix.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add grated carrots.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours; for layers bake 30 minutes, for sheet cake bake for 20 minutes.
