Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil or Crisco
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, shredded and peeled (could be run through grinder)
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (raisins optional)
Preparation
    Mix together the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and zucchini, set aside.
    In another bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking soda and powder, nutmeg, cinnamon and nuts.
    Gradually blend second mixture into first mixture until all is blended.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans in 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
