Squash Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked winter squash
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 pkg. yeast, softened in 1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Add squash, egg, sugar, salt, butter and milk to a bowl and mix.
    Add yeast mixture and flour and blend.
    Cover and set aside to rise.
