Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cooked roast beef or steak, cut up
1 green bell pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. stir-fry sauce
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. beef broth
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 stick butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Cut meat small in chunks; mix all ingredients in skillet or wok.
Add sauces and all other vegetables.
Cover; simmer until tender.
Make a thickening of the cornstarch and enough water to make a smooth paste.
Add to beef mixture.
Continue to simmer. Makes a nice gravy that can be served with rice.
Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
