Fried Cinnamon Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. cinnamon or cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix together cinnamon and sugar.
Make up pie crust with water, lard and flour.
Roll out enough to fold over after putting filling inside and flute edges (good), so won't leak out when frying.
Put filling inside and fry in skillet until golden brown on each side. Only makes 1 pie or 2 small ones.
