Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2/3 to 3/4 lb. N.Y. State sharp cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. grated onion
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and sharp cheese together with hands.
    Add remaining ingredients. Roll into a ball.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Place garlic buds in ball.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Let stand in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.
    Remove at least 1 hour before serving.
    Remove garlic buds.
    Serve with crackers.
    This freezes well.
