Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken, cut up into small pieces (1/2 or 1/3 the size of a regular piece)
salt
flour
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. sherry
1/4 c. water (add more if needed)
3 slices ginger, minced
3 stalks green onion, chopped
2 to 3 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Cut chicken into small pieces.
Sprinkle with salt and flour. Deep fry until golden brown.
Place the chicken in another pan and add a mixture of soy sauce, sherry, water, ginger, green onion and sugar.
Heat the pan (or wok).
Add chicken and other ingredients. Stir slowly until sauce begins to dry up.
If it dries up too quickly, add a little more water.
Great the next day for a picnic.
Serves 4 to 6.
