Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 (8 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
    1 (24 oz.) jar Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
    3 qt. half and half
    3 to 4 shallots
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Brown chicken breasts on each side in a butter (margarine) and oil mixture.
    Place in roaster pan(s).
    Brown shallots in butter. Add half and half gradually heating and stir constantly.
    Add wine and continue heating until warm.
    Add mustard and whisk until thoroughly mixed.
    Pour sauce over chicken and cover roaster. Bake chicken at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
