Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower in small pieces
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled
    6 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
    6 Tbsp. sour cream
    7 or 8 thin strips green peppers
    1 small to medium onion, diced
    garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well and refrigerate.
    Best if made the night before.
    Put paper towel on top of salad in refrigerator to keep it from getting watery.
