Nancy'S Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. creamed corn
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped hot pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients in order of recipe. Use 9 x 13 Pyrex dish sprayed with Pam.
    Pour mixture in pan. Bake 35 minutes until cornbread is light brown.
