Grandma'S Famous Arkansas Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (10 3/4 oz.) cans clear chicken broth
1 large pan corn bread (double recipe)
4 stalks celery
1 onion
2 eggs
1 piece white bread
2 tsp. ground sage
salt and pepper to taste
dried flaked parsley
Preparation

Cook celery and onions in 2 tablespoons butter or oil until tender.
Add chicken broth.
Add corn bread (crumbled up) and one slice of bread (broken in small pieces), salt, pepper, parsley and eggs.
Cook on top of stove until set.
Turn in greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned (about 30 minutes).
