Whole Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. unbleached flour
1/2 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix together wheat flour, unbleached flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into Pam sprayed muffin pans.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
