Vegetable Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped fine and drained
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped fine and drained
    2 to 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine and drained
    1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained well
    1 to 2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Mix and shape in log.
    Roll in 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
    This also makes a delicious easy vegetable sandwich spread.
    I mix pecans in with other ingredients for this.
    Refrigerate overnight.
