Spinach Dip Or Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach or 3 to 4 lb. fresh spinach, finely chopped in food processor or blender
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or Ricotta cheese or cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2/3 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt, pepper
Preparation
    Defrost frozen spinach or chop fresh spinach.
    Place in strainer and press water out.
    Add other ingredients and mix.
