Raisin Filling For Danish Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together raisins, vinegar, sugar, 1 1/2 cups water and salt and cook for 10 minutes, then add the 1/4 cup water and cornstarch to thicken. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients. Let cool.
