Helen'S Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken pieces
    1 1/3 c. raw rice
    1 (13 oz.) can Swanson's chicken broth
    carrots
    celery
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with no-stick cooking spray.
    Place uncooked rice in pan.
    Arrange uncooked chicken over rice along with carrots and celery, cut in 1-inch pieces.
    Pour chicken broth and stewed tomatoes over all.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 5.
