Spanish Town Seasoning Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. thyme
! Tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation

Mix all above ingredients together. Store in covered jar in cool, dark cupboard. Good with beef and pork (use according to taste).
