Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
2 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; beat well.
Bake in prepared tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
