Cheese-Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 c. celery
    1 c. diced onion
    2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    20 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 cube Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil first four ingredients for 20 minutes.
    Then add potatoes and vegetables.
    Cook 30 minutes longer.
    Add soup and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
