Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak
    2 green peppers
    1/2 to 1 tsp. meat tenderizer (if needed)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut round steak into thin slices.
    Marinate in soy sauce for 15 to 20 minutes (add meat tenderizer if needed).
    Put steak into a frypan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
    Brown.
    Add green peppers; cook until peppers are tender.
    Serve over cooked rice.
