Cornmeal Butter Wafer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. unsalted butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
Preparation

Combine first two ingredients and beat until light and well blended.
Add yolks and mix well.
Then stir in rest of ingredients, blending thoroughly.
Chill dough until firm.
