Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. shortening
    1 pkg. dry yeast, softened in 1/4 cup warm water
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine all ingredients.
    Roll out on floured surface.
    Cut into biscuits.
    Place on well-greased cookie sheet. Let rise 5 minutes.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 until golden brown.
