Apple-Anna Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. chopped apple
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream together the shortening and sugar; add the eggs, stirring well.
Mix together the flour, baking soda and baking powder and add to the creamed mixture alternately with the bananas.
Add the vanilla, stirring well.
Fold in the apples. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
