Make-Ahead Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    3 stalks celery
    1 green pepper
    1 1/2 c. cauliflower
    1 small Maui onion, chopped
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 pkg. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. medium Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Prepare vegetables for salad.
    Layer them in bowl except eggs. Mix mayonnaise with sugar and spread over vegetables.
    Top with cheese.
    Refrigerate 8 to 24 hours.
    Toss before serving.
    Garnish with eggs.
