Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    1 c. celery
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken
    2 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
Preparation
    Combine green pepper, onion, celery, rice, eggs and chicken. Blend bouillon cubes in mayonnaise; add to rice mixture.
    Season to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
