Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. raw unpeeled apple, grated
1/4 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream
shortening. Add sugar and eggs. Add milk, apples nuts and
raisins. Sift dry ingredients; add to mixture. Bake in greased loaf pan at
350\u00b0
for
45\tminutes to 1 hour. Cool before slicing.
