Homemade Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fast-rising yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    2 c. warm water
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Add flour and mix well.
    (Will have a few lumps.)
    Spoon into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes.
    May refrigerate unused (covered) dough and bake later.
    Yield: Approximately 48 rolls.
