Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. tomato puree
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 hot pepper, chopped (chili)
    3 medium onions, chopped
    2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients until thick.
    Seal in sterilized jars. Scald tomatoes; dip in cold water.
    Slip off skins.
    Chop and puree in blender.
    May increase quantity of ingredients as desired.
