Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. white sugar
    2/3 c. shortening
    4 eggs
    14 1/2 oz. (half 29 oz. can) pumpkin *
    1/3 c. water
    3 1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Cream white sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs, pumpkin and water. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yield:
    2 large or 4 small loaf pans. (I use Teflon pans, greased lightly, with no flour.)
