Cheesy Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded monterey jack cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    1 (4 oz.) jar whole pimento
    green pepper rings
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and butter in a large bowl.
    Add cottage cheese, monterey jack cheese, eggs and green chilies.
    Mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2 baking dish.
    Garnish with green pepper rings and pimento.
    Bake, uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    6 to 8 servings.
    May be prepared preceding night.
