Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    3 eggs
    1 bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 pkg. onion soup
    1 pkg. mushroom soup mix
    flour
Preparation
    Make gravy from onion and mushroom soups, from directions on package in a large pan.
    Mix meat, eggs, bell pepper, parsley, celery seed, garlic, cheese, black pepper and crackers. Roll into balls.
    Roll in flour.
    Drop in hot grease and brown on all sides. Remove from frying pan, place in gravy and simmer for one hour, stir often enough to prevent sticking to pan.
