Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    2 medium onions
    6 to 8 potatoes
    mustard
    milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes crosswise.
    Place in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Slice onions and break into rings and place on top of potatoes.
    Spread mustard, salt and pepper on both sides of pork chops.
    Place on top of potatoes.
    Pour milk over all until chops appear to float on top but are not covered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Just before serving, top with grated Cheddar cheese. Return to oven to melt cheese.
