Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add with buttermilk to dry mixture.
Mix well.
Turn out on lightly floured board.
Add more flour if necessary and roll to 1/4-inch.
Cut and then dip in butter. Fold to make pocket book rolls.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
